I just bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler 2010 from Jim Povio at Stoneridge CJD.  Having only emailed and spoke on the phone a few time on and off for a week prior to the purchase, Jim immediately built a great repore  with me by returning phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner.  Jim went an extra mile by finding me a great deal and stayed overtime on a Friday evening to to ensure that my vehicle purchase was complete.
The dealership was very clean and professional.  Sean in the finance department was also very nice and helpful.

To Jim Povio's Manager.   I went to Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep and Dodge of Dublin to meet the fleet and internet sales manager, a mister Jim Povio. I looked at several minivans and drove several minivans. I then proceeded to purchase a new minivan. Within 20 minutes we had worked out a better deal than I was quoted at another dealership in Hayward. Jim and I sat and had coffee and a muffin, while a porter fueled and cleaned my new minivan. I will never buy a vehicle again unless it is from Jim Povio, the Fleet Mgr at Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Dublin. Jim helped me out of a past lease that the old dealer stuck me with and helped me get a new car purchase. He was a perfect gentleman and treated me fairly.
I would reccommend Jim to anyone wanting to buy a new or used vehicle. Jim is one of those straight to the point type of men who does not fluff his presentation or try to switch you to a car he will make more money on.

I had purchased my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Stoneridge in January 2008, as  I was relocated out of the area for a year, I was unable to tie up loose ends that I had with Stoneridge thanks to the inability for anyone to return a phone call or assist me over the phone in any way.  Upon returning to the area, I made an appointment to come and have an oil change and headlamp bulb replaced, I thought that I could also address unfinished business while I was there.  I was confident that I could find some form of resolution until I was informed that the dealership I purchased my Jeep from was sold.  I know this fact absolves any responsibility from the present management.
 
I am writing to thank you for the professionalism of the current staff.  Before learning of the sale, it seemed very apparent that there had at least been a management change, simply by the way the phone was now being answered.  Roger took care of my service needs and I would like to convey how well I was treated.  With the assistance of the new Parts Manager, Roger settled my outstanding issues with Stoneridge, when I got my car back, I was also tickled at how clean it was.  As I live in Vallejo, I wasn't sure that I would continue to deal with Stoneridge now that I am back in the area but after my last experience, I will be sure to return.  Thank you and congratulations on the new dealership.

Do u treat ur car like ur "special baby"? Feel bad when "ur baby" hasn't had a wash or gets a scratch from some inconsiderate fool who parked next to you? Well recently, "my baby" was vandalized =( Someone had taken my passenger side mirror & talk about not realizing how much u depend on ur mirrors when driving 'till one of them are gone. Tired of driving blind on my right & "my baby" being handicap, I contacted Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Dublin.

LOCATION: Intersection of Amador Plaza Rd & St Patrick Way in Dublin; major cross street is Dublin Blvd to Amador Plaza Rd. Down the street from Safeway & an exit right off Hwy 680.

CUST SVC: Prompt, polite, informative, & helpful both over the phone & in person. Personal shout out to Robert in Cust Svc Dept, great & helpful service =) but overall the team here really polite & helpful to the best of their abilities.

LOBBY & SALES FLOOR: Inside w/ vehicles on display, when you first walk through the doors, Cust Service Dept to the right; about 4-5 booth windows pretty much similar to banks but no windows. Around the corner to the right is Cashier Dept, then Parts Dept. Lobby area offers kids play area & courtesy coffee for those waiting on their vehicles. Seating area w/ 1 large TV; seats in lobby are like racer seats & low to the ground...not handicap friendly, but they do have other seating areas more friendly to various shapes & sizes of folks. they also offer Shuttle Service.

HELPING MY BABY: Called in last Mon 11/2/09 morning to speak w/ the Parts Dept...find out that they can't order just the mirror, but have to order the entire side mirror section. Unfortunate it would have to be an entire cost to me regardless I just needed the mirror...guess in this economy they too can't afford much overhead. Still on the ph waiting to for Cust Svc Dept to pick up to give me an estimate on Labor Costs...2-3min too long, so I hung up. Stopped in after work around 5:20pm, & easily-immediately greated by Cust Svc Dept rep Robert. I get estimate, walked over to Parts Dept, place order, which is set to arrive Wed 11/4/09. Parts Dept calls me Wed morning confirming receipt of mirror, & I book Thur 11/5/09 7:30am appt. Arrive Thu 7:15am along w/ several other cars; staff open doors so everyone can sit inside to stay warm. Cust Svc counters open 7:30am, I get to counter around 7:45am, sit in clean lobby area watching morning news on TV around 8:10am after getting a cup of coffee, & pay cashier to get "my baby" around 9am. Timeline wise on service & installation was really reasonable, cust svc overall was great, but costs, well quite disappointed I had to pay for entire side mirror installation & not just a new mirror. None the less, I'm not driving blind anymore & "my baby" is much better =)

From Highway 680 Northbound take Highway 580 West (toward Oakland) the first off ramp is Foothill/San Ramon Rd. Turn right coming off the freeway. The first stop light is at Dublin Blvd. Turn right and follow Dublin Blvd to Amador Plaza Rd (the third stoplight). Turn right and follow Amador Plaza to the end.

From Highway 680 Southbound take the Dublin Boulevard exit. It is the last exit before crossing Highway 580. As you come off the freeway you?ll see us on the left at the stoplight.

From Highway 580 Westbound to Foothill/San Ramon Rd. Turn right coming off the freeway. The first stoplight is at Dublin Blvd. Turn right and follow Dublin Blvd to Amador Plaza Rd (the third stoplight). Turn right and follow Amador Plaza to the end.

From Highway 580 Eastbound take the the Foothill/San Ramon Rd exit. Take San Ramon rd north. After crossing over the freeway the first stoplight is at Dublin Blvd. Turn right and follow Dublin Blvd to Amador Plaza Rd. (the third stoplight). Turn right and follow Amador Plaza to the end.

From San Ramon, Danville Alamo, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill Concord, Martinez, Benicia and Cordelia take Highway 680 South to the Dublin Boulevard exit.

From Union City, Newark, Fremont, Sunol, Milpitas, San Jose, Berryessa and Evergreen take Highway 680 North to Highway 580 West and take the first off ramp at Foothill/San Ramon Rd.

From Pleasanton, Livermore, Mountain House and Tracy take 580 to the Foothill/San Ramon Rd exit.

From Castro Valley, Hayward, San Leandro and San Lorenzo and take Highway 580 East to the Foothill/San Ramon Rd exit.

From Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley, Piedmont, Emeryville, Albany or El Cerrito take Highway 24 to Highway 680 South to the Dublin Boulevard exit.

From Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mt View, Los Alto, Los Altos Hills and Cupertino take Highway 237 to Highway 680 North to Highway 580 West (toward Oakland) and take the first off ramp at Foothill/San Ramon Rd.

From El Sobrante, Pinole, Hercules, Rodeo, Crockett and Port Costa take Highway 4 East to Highway 680 South to the Dublin Boulevard exit.

From Vallejo, American Canyon and Napa take Highway 80 South to Highway 780 East and then Highway 680 South across the Benicia/Martinez Bridge and proceed south to the Dublin Boulevard exit.
