To: All US Dodge Brand Dealers

We have decided to make the last year of the current generation Dodge Viper more exclusive than ever before.

To enable the assembly of these very unique Vipers and to ensure a smooth production run and timely dealer deliveries, a single batch build process with longer lead times has been established. Therefore, to support production, which is scheduled from April 2010 through June 2010 the following key dates have been established:

* Tuesday, December 22nd, NON-Special Edition  Viper ordering ends 3pm ET.
* Beginning Wednesday, December 23, 2009 VOIM will be open for
US Dealer orders on Special Edition Viper Models

NOTE: It is critical that you submit your orders for NON-Special Edition Vipers by Tuesday December 22nd 3PM ET. If your Dealership has not been allocated any Vipers, and request a NON-Special Edition Viper or a Special Edition Model, please place the order in the system and we will attempt to schedule those orders.

The Special Edition Dodge Vipers that will be ready for ordering on Wednesday December 23rd include:

+The Dodge Viper SRT10 Snakeskin Green ACR
*Snakeskin Green with a black center band and a Snakeskin Green Driver's stripe
*ACR Only
*Leather Snakeskin Green stripe on steering wheel

+The Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR Vooodoo Edition
*An all black ACR with a graphite and red driver's stripe
*ACR Only
* Unique Vooodoo edition floor mats and sill badge

+The Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR 1:33 Edition
*Black body sides, a red center band, a black driver's stripe and red sidewinder wheels
*The same paint scheme as the ACR that set the production car lap record of 1 minute and 33 seconds a
the Laguna Seca race track
